Skewers with pear

• 400 g of ground pork

• ½ cup chopped parsley

• 3 garlic cloves, minced

• ½ chopped onion

• 1 tablespoon ground fennel seed (dill)

• 2 pear (pear) cut into large triangles

• 1 cup of sauce for wings

• ½ cup of soaked bread crumbs

• 2 eggs

• 6 tablespoons of olive oil

• 1 cup of flour



• Fry the onion and garlic with two tablespoons of olive oil. When they begin to brown, mix with meat, parsley, fennel seeds (also known as dill), egg and bread crumbs. Salt the mixture and form pellets; Flour them a little.

• Brown the meatballs in a large skillet with the rest of the olive oil; when they are golden add the pear and the sauce of wings.

• Mix and press a meatball and a slice of pear for each one to take to the table.
